As an organisation, we believe in the transformational power of what we call ‘eye2eye’ 2-way giving, which builds dignity in those seen as powerless. We have witnessed the impact of combining this with empowering the marginalised to be courageous agents of change. This is so needed in our country when much well-intentioned giving can do the opposite- decrease dignity and increase dependence.
For that reason, our work includes not only direct on-the-ground interactions and advocacy, but also journeying with NPOs, schools, businesses and other organisations. Through powerful storytelling and impactful sharing, to challenge mindsets on how people see others and how they give.
