Woza Join Us Song

by The Bhambayi Project/ The ReStory Foundation

Every one of us can ignite hope. No matter how young we are or how little we think we have, we can change the world for good. Why don’t you come and join us?

This is the hope-filled message of the new song, Woza Join Us, released by the ReStory Foundation on Mandela Day, July 2022.

From a single child in the community of Bhambayi inviting others to join the change, the catchy dance is breaking out in different venues whilst the numbers grow, indicating a spreading of hope from an unlikely place. Especially so since large parts of Bhambayi and KZN had just been devastated by floods.

This song features children and young adults who themselves have had hope ignited through the ReStory Foundation, and want to ignite hope in others.

Iba ushintsho. Be the change.
